Gorgeous visuals but I didn't like the "Mind the gap" warnings. They are out of place on the subsurface lines. They are only used at deep tube stations that actually have gaps between the trains and the platform edge due to severe curvature. Notting Hill Gate has almost dead straight platforms.
@@johnm2012 no, signals don't just protect their section, they also protect the overlap of the next signal. If a train passes the signal at 3:56 at danger at 30 mph it would certainly collide with the other train, while if it get tripped on the first signal it would have enough space to stop. The overlaps in the London Underground are usually at least 100 meters (except for those right after a platform), that distance is reduced to less than 50 meters with CBTC.
In some stations the announcements have to say: The rear two doors will not open at next station. Please us other doors. but good video
Yeah sorry about that, next time I will put that in. Thanks

Circle Line S7 Tube Stock
Next train will be at 1030 to 1120 then 1120 to 1145
3:42 that signal should have been at danger due to the District line train ahead
No, it shouldn't. It was correctly green because the next section was clear. The following signal at 3:56 was protecting the junction and was red.
