Other scuba channels: 15 min videos with 5 mins of fluff, 5 mins of self-promotion and "sponsored content", 5 mins of motivational speaking and a couple surface-level (see what I did there?) tips about a skill. Flowstate: 5 mins of clean, detailed steo-by-step skill building with solid demos and a very civilized "sub if you like" taking up a few seconds at the end. I hope the bigger channels are watching. Also, I appreciate that you guys make videos with your own branded gear. Shows that you're a legit channel despite the AI voice.
Even if the serious diving community may not be the biggest compared to other sports - be sure that your educational content is helping much more people than it might seem. You are the first channel that I always point beginners towards when they are searching for ways to perfect their technique.
I really can’t tell you how valuable these videos are! Especially as someone living in a landlocked area, learning methods to utilize pool time well is the only way I could possibly advance my skills as a beginner dive. It’s almost a shame that you guys are basically the ONLY channel that goes into stuff like this and in such a helpful way. But then again now that you are doing it, no one needs any other channel!! 👏👏👏👏👏👏 thank you and keep it up!
You guys make some of the best dive content! Very educational, awesome production value, straight and to the point. Ever considering making longer content for more entertaining with some educational mixed in. Mainly because I enjoy your videos enough I’d watch a half hour or hour video and enjoy it the whole time! Keep it up!
In lakes/quarries I train like that, but I simply use a natural reference point in front of me, like a rock. What I also found fun was to use kelp or tall plant life in lakes - I would grab the top of a leaf with 2 fingers and would try to remain stable for as long as possible. If you pluck the leaf - you lose. Start again.

That's an excellent exercise that's what I struggle with the most
Give this method a try; it works wonders for our students.
