You should to upgrade firmware. You can easy do it by yourself. update.kia.com/US/EN/navigationUpdate
Note that the method of entering the engineering menu will change after the update

@@Vad_Ok_chanel sometime it is 1111 or 0000 or 1234, I have a optima 2014 and no pin is asked. Try some basic numbers. Good luck👍
