I can hear Karan talking about SRK all the time. The only Indian actor who attracted me to watch Hindi films I mean his films.
This interview made me love and appreciate Karan so much more. The melodrama you see in his movies is exactly who he is in real life and I love he doesn’t try to hide himself. I absolutely love that

Rick shaking his head as if he knows who the threatening calls were from. I bet he assumes that the threats were from some political party or religious group or the ppl who call for censorship of movies these days. Clueless and ignorant as ever in his expressions and hundreds of his videos where he assumes the absolute worst about India and Indians and vents it on his UA-cam and Instagram live videos.
The threatening calls were actually from the actual mafia. The underworld of Mumbai, which got wiped out a few years later.
Only SRK finished the boycott gangs. After Pathaan we no longer see the Bwood boycott hashtag. No one else can rule Bwood for more than 3 decades. That's why he's the emperor.
@AzadRathore - social media campaigns do not just stop because of a person, and yes even for SRK. There was a reason behind boycott movement. It was funded and started by a specific political faction. And it ended when that faction made an ( political) agreement with certain Bollywood personalities ( ahem SRK) . SRK is popular in India, not powerful. There are powers far greater in India who are capable of shutting SRK down.

@@bestmother6958 SRK is not worth my time and money. I stopped seeing his movies long time back when he no longer held the charm. He was and still is an average actor. There are far better and much more talented actors and far better looking ones than SRK in Bollywood since past 10-12 years.

watched rocky aur rani thrice in theaters and all the 3 times the show was housefull and the people were going crazy in theaters, after it came to amazon prime the movie has played in my house atleast 4 times till now, after a while we might go back to it again, it is the most entertaining relatable family drama and romcom movie, where ranveer is just next level

Thanks 👏. The 2 most interesting, fun interviees to listen to always are Karan Johar and Saif Ali Khan.👏👏. Both are intelligent and self aware, honest and organic with long answers and they’re never short of unique, interesting stories. Saif’s is alway peppered with a lot of humor. Their EXPRESS ADDA interviews were terrific and Kareena also just gave one of her best interviews on the show as well.
Do not assume anything rick. Just to be clear, the threatening calls were made by Mafias, The Mumbai Mafias, the underworld of Mumbai who were really active back in the days.

I've watched everything of Mike Flanagan, the slow progression and the way story unfolds is amazing. Haunting of the Hill House and Midnight Mass is my favourite. The midnight club was disappointing though.
