The ending absolutely broke me... I cried for an hour, at least, and another 2 I was just spacing out, thinking about the whole plot. But after all of that, I believe the ending fits the story perfectly. It just seams more believeble, more humaine... don't get me wrong, I would have loved to see Ash and eiji together, living happily, but this one has more impact and completes the story. It is hurtful, sad and very plausible. It feels real.
Very smart choice of song with this and Billie's voice fits the feel of this show and story perfectly. I really appreciate all the small details and just the direction of this AMV is overall great!
