HHO browns gas .. I think not pure Hydrogen ... it's VERY important .. because Hydrogen is safe but HHO .. has the oxygen .. .. you need to separate the 2 gases ....to run a car . the oxygen sensors will put more petrol .. and .. neutralize the gain ...however pure hydrogen and you will +50% efficiency

At one point you say "It's HOW I put the plates together" OK could you please tell us HOW TO PUT THE FREAKIN PLATES TOGETHER>????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? What did you use, what kind of metal, what are the spacers made of, where did you get all this stuff. WE are ALL looking for a better design, You are NOT helping. What kind of electrolyte are you using. Also I tried neural plates but got better results if every other plate was positive. Plus I just use baking soda.
+DUMBASS The neutral plates make more plate gaps which spreads the system voltage out evenly. If there is more than 2V per gap it makes excess heat so if the pos/neg are next to each other on a 12V cell, approx. 10V produces heat. Use extra electrolye with neutral plates though.
I can bet you that the water is being heated a hell of a lot. And maybe a little shorting is happening for sure. Keep up the great work too.

GREAT WORK,2 plates will OVERHEAT if you leave it on too long. to keep the temps around 100degrees with a long run you NEED 5 NEUTRALs

are the stainless plate? the plates look tapered. put the bigger opening on the top and the skinny end of plates on the bottom.

How and where you connect the neutral in this system
the neutrals are not hooked up, they just go in between the positive and the neg
