เป็นเมนูขนมจีนที่ผู้หญิงทุกคนของทางฝั่งท่านพ่อของผมต้องทำเป็นเลยครับ..
สืบทอดมาจากท่านย่าของผม ตอนท่านสาวๆสมัยยังไม่เลิกทาส ท่านเป็นแม่ครัวอยู่ในบ้านขุนนางใหญ่ท่านนึงครับ..
และก็ถ่ายทอดให้ป้าพี่สาวพ่อ ป้าสะใภ้ และแม่ของผมด้วยครับ..หลายเมนูเลย รวมถึงขนมจีนน้ำพริกด้วยทุกวันนี้แม่ทำให้กิน ไม่เคยเบื่อเลยครับ โรยถั่วพลู กินกับไข่ยางมะตูม กัดพริกแห้งคำต่อคำ คือสุดๆ.. พูดแล้วอยาก 🤤เผลอโม้ ยาวอีกละ.. 😆
ราชบุรีเป็นอีกจังหวัดที่ผมชอบมากๆ แต่ไม่ได้ไปนานมากแล้วเช่นกัน ได้แต่ทางผ่าน ไว้จะไปตามรอยน็อตโตะนะครับ.. 😉
