Issuing bank cms will be same as payment scheme correct? If I got MC with JPMC and made transaction in Walmart the transaction will be given to MC payment scheme and issuing bank will use MC CMS since they ISSUED MC CREDIT CARD?
Let me clarify one thing regarding offline advice of DMS which is 0220 OR 0120? I noticed what DMS is 0120 and SMS is 0220 in Single Message Vs Dual Message SystemCard Processing Part-2 video. But you explained in this video 0220 for DMS at 12:29 sec. Please clear my doubt sir

Hi Sir, you have told that 0220 MTI is for SMS, but in this video you have mentioned that Forced Post Advice 0220 will be send to Issuing Bank, could you please explain that part sir.
MTI 0220 or 0120... All such advise are offline transactions which are not posted online to any acquiring amd Issuing system , 0220 can be the 2nd leg of any online trxn as well for example preauth and its completion. So its not necessary that 0220 can only be used in SMS , depending on the scenrio there are MTIs which are used. For any further clarification you can leave a question on www.alltekkies.com
