Sujayeendra Kulkarni: A Rising Star's Resonance at Swarateerth Music Festival

The Swarateerth Music Festival, an illustrious event founded by Pt. Jayateerth Mevundi in collaboration with the Rithwik Foundation for Performing Arts witnessed the soulful performance of young vocalist Sujayeendra Kulkarni in May 2023 in Hubli. The festival, dedicated to promoting classical music, garnered an exceptional response from the masses.
Hailing from Hubli, Sujayeendra embarked on his musical journey at the tender age of 5, initially learning the tabla from Shri Ananth Hegde of Sirsi. Currently under the tutelage of Shri Koushik Aithal, a distinguished vocalist specializing in the Kirana-Gwalior-Patiala repertoire, Sujayeendra has showcased his versatility in both light classical and semi-classical genres.
He will be accompanied by
Shrihari Diggavi on Tabla;
Satish Bhat Heggar on Harmonium.
Sujayeendra will be performing:
Raga Natbhairav
Raga Bilaskhani Todi
Purandaradasa bhajan.
