I used to farm through my relatives and all I got was losses. I’m going into farming full time this year. Thanks to the inspirations I get from social media.
As a uk born Jamaican living in Accra, I also used to eat with my workers twice a day and really got to know the good workers and even today after 20 years still keep in touch and have formed great friendships but it takes time🇬🇭🇯🇲🇬🇭🇯🇲🇬🇭🇯🇲💚💛🖤💚💛🖤👊🏾👊🏾👊🏾👊🏾👊🏾Great content 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿
We need more young people involved in farming because the future needs real food.We should promote farming as a business to attract young people and increase women's participation in agribusiness.
Wow that was one of the most honest and sincere habits I have learned from the lady you interviewed and I am going to put her ideas into practice in my farms in Kpotolomah Liberia west Africa. May God help her to prosper in her undertaking.
Working with Ghanaians, I’ve realized that strict supervision is the way forward. If you are not always with them to direct them, they won’t work. It’s better to get a very good supervisor or do it yourself.
Please Efo can you send me the phone number of the lady from the UK? I want to find out from her where she bought her thresher and other things about her making her farm successful. Thanks
Oh wow salute this is epic I love everything I have heard watched and I’ve been encouraged am in this boat I can relate everything Farming is not cheap Wages weekly chemical sprays maintaining the running of the farm the list is endless It’s worthy it. Thanks for sharing @percysjohnstonmwapemukuka

Great 👍🏾. Thank you, are you Facebook or IG?
Wow wow wow. This should be a book called: " Managing The Ghanaian Worker" I swear!
The tips our sister shares are priceless. Many businesses fail for lack of understanding and appreciation of the risk of the local culture.
Very true.
She is very strong girl, many girls here relax depending on giving birth taking social money.
Yes she is strong 💪

I hear often that people use diabolical means to get farm owners out to take over. Can you share light on it please

Soo true about the finding market thing.Location sometimes depends cuz in Ghana every community has a market
Yep very true! In some cases you don’t always have to get the market before farming because there’s always market for certain crops.
I really appreciate the info and motivation
