Thank you! ❤ The BR13 is linked to my amplifier for connecting my PC to this DAC, occasionally causing interruptions in my music, spanning a distance of 8 meters. My Asus X670E-F motherboard has a WiFi (Bluetooth) antenna mounted on top of the case, frustratingly without clear knowledge of the cause.
That sounds interesting, could be a lot of things, usually and most generally, interference in the room, like a router or something that is causing an interference. Multiple phones in the same room can cause this
Neat, I am looking into this device to expand my old stereo's connectivity (only one RCA in). The optical input is nice to see here, so I can also attach it to my TV :)
I want to buy this but I need to know whether the Bluetooth name can be renamed in the Fiio app? When you pair the device for Bluetooth what is its name, and can that be customized? My current Bluetooth receiver is old but it can be renamed and now I cannot live without this feature
@@AudiophileHeaven I currently use a Pure Jongo A2 which allows you to choose the name, it's very nice. Unfortunately it doesn't support LDAC so i'm looking to replace it
@@leonardotagliari thank you so much that's so great to know. My current Bluetooth receiver is just called "'s Stereo" and it makes it easier to use for everyone rather than some cryptic product name. Will definitely get it now!!!
I bought this BR13 to to pair it with a cheap class D amp Fosi Audio TB10D 600W TPA3255, instead of buying a more expensive amp with Bluetooth inbuilt, which has has no LDAC and with a subpar DAC. yeaa, the sound is amazing through BR13s LDAC connection for the price of the combo I put together. Fiio has a much more expensive BT receiver/transmitter att double the price and my thought is wheter the BR13 is going to canibalize the more expensive unit.
Use the RCA line out from BR13 connected to the RCA line in of the Five and an RCA cable in between. Even an RCA to 3.5mm cable would work if you want to use the AUX port on the Five, specially useful if you want to have The Five us BR13 as a secondary input
Thank you! ❤

That's a good idea, and it is exactly what the BR13 was designed for
Impressive little unit. The sound is very very good.
Haappy to hear you're having fun!
I'm looking to get either this unit or the Pro-Ject equivalent.
Based on your reviews, I think this one seems to be the better option.
Thank you.
Yep, FiiO is far newer and better integrated , better sounding, if it has the functions you need
@@AudiophileHeaven thank you.

I honestly never could anme any bluetooth device... I didn't know you could with any device...

Yes, It can be renamed. With Fiio Control APP you click at the config engine, in the superior right side and goes to CUSTOM DEVICE NAME.
@@leonardotagliari Woah super helpful info, thank you! I was currently working on reviewing the SP3 speakers from FiiO

Mine is on the way, gonna test a 5v 1a linear power supply with it as well!
I hope it goes well and I hope you will like it!!
Thanks! I'm feeling like a kid in a candy shop.😂

What's that little lo icon at the top right of the receiver?
Indicates the current output, between Line Out (RCA), Optical output, etc
as a dac only it sounds great at av very low price
Totally agreed!
How I use with Klipsch the five?
