She was involved in a motorbike accident 2 years ago. Her left ankle was dislocated and was constantly walking in pain. Even worse, her job as housekeeper requires her to climb up and down.

I have wristlet my ankle many times, about 4 - 6 times on the right, and maybe 2 time on the left ankle.
Today I can't use my right so good, no good balance, and very insecure in running and training or performing as I used to before. It make me feel so much older. 😔
