Both the warring groups don't listen to any logic and come for a practical compromise. This is also happening as cast war, in smaller scale, in Tirunelveli. When people refuse to listen to logic, rationale and pragmatism, it becomes almost impossible to arrive at an amicable solution.

But, the Speaker clearly informed the MPs that, such a session could take place ONLY after "Thanking the President's Address", which is the norm & convention - please refer to all past happenings in the past. Had they asked for another separate session for Manipur Incidents also, the speaker could have accepted the request too. But, the Opposition insisted that the Manipur MPs must talk before Thanks Giving talk to President's Address. This kind of request could not be accepted, as they are against the procedure. But, the opponents refused to follow the convention & procedures. SOPs must be followed always for smooth functioning of any meeting. Please, please, please understand the norms & rules. We can't run parliament in an unruly manner.
