I just completed my instrumental testing and, although the power consumption is spot on as declared, the temperature range is actually 38° - 52° instead of the declared 40° - 70°.
You have to put the tray with the lid in the center (there is only one) before you can put the lid on. This tray with the lid in the center hole must always be on the machine in use, and always on top to force hot air to circulate in the other lower trays.
It seems it was your choice to read the manual :-)
Have you ever tried to make beef jerky with it? If so, what are the results?
Ordered one yesterday to make me several batches of ground beef jerky. As this one is a 350W power unit - unlike most other cheap food dehydrators who only use 250W - I think there shouldn't be an issue, right?

Did you test the temperature it reaches for safety?
And where tdo we have some instructions how much time we need to dry for which food? On which temp?

Not a good review.. you didn't even try to break it to show us HOW dry it is. I can't hold or feel it like you do.
I didn't learn much other than it takes hours and it is a bit more dry than.. god knows how dry or just barely moist
