THANK YOU REGINA! Today's video was exactly what I so needed to hear. First off, as an artist, my abundantly sensitive nature has me pingponging around inside this political hurricane, to the extent I'm dreaming about it at night. Horrible! And worrying about it during the day. Double horrible! Would a person of character allow themselves to be manipulated like that? Of course not. Secondly, Northern Exposure is my favorite television show, and has been since the day it was created, precisely for the reasons you mentioned. I no longer subject myself to murderous thrillers or films filled with hate and violence simply because they're "at the top of the boxoffice hit list". That is a recipe for the downward spiral of depression. In fact, romcoms and wildlife documentaries are now my favorite genres. I'll watch Friends reruns, The West Wing, The Big Bang Theory, Young Sheldon, and anything else that lifts my spirits and makes me laugh. Not doing gratuitous doom-n-gloom anymore. FINALLY, I want to thank you for reminding me about CHARACTER. Talk about a North Star, a Polaris for today's human being. Not just my character, but the character of the people I vote for. Not judgment, but DISCERNMENT. I cannot thank you enough for the gift of illumination you've given me today. Sending you so much gratitude and love and light.

I'm enjoying the challenge of now. We are being challenged to do our best and make the best, high vibrational choices.
As for supporting Amazon, although there are definite faults there, I know many small local businesses that are now mainly supported by their sales on Amazon. I see it as a large flea market that allows anyone to participate. I may not support the traits of the flea market owner, but I support the thousands of tiny businesses trying to provide for their families. So I have found redeeming qualities with Amazon.
Fantastic advice here Regina my first time watching your videos...I'd like to believe we have a soul but get doubtful and I'm afraid of death. I'm in my mid 50s. I was an only child, my parents split when I was only 4. I remember the evening my mother dropped me off at my grandparents house, my father answered the door. He lived with his parents my grandparents after the split. I was an extremely sensitive and shy child. I've always felt left out, not part of, or non deserving. It's not a good place to be, but now that I'm older I treat myself a lot and have dealt with my past, but it crops up and I get quite sad...I never saw her again my mother is except for twice maybe 2 years later in school when she tried to take me. There was a big hullabaloo over that and I was brought back to my grandparents m I've always felt a connection with older people - My Grandmother especially. I stayed with her until she died when I was 30, her husband died 8 years before...For me it was like a chunk of my life had departed. I've always felt very empathetic and highly sensitive to others emotions and would never on purpose hurt someone. I've had to bear a lot of loss and tragedy in my life. All my relatives left me when I got my grandparents house, whom I lived with for 30 years. I suffered from severe depression and anxiety after my Grandmother died and all my relatives left. They made sure I suffered because I would not sell the house to give them more money. This was the most traumatic thing that ever happened to me obviously including my mother leaving. I never thought of myself, but others. I never got married and am now in my 50s. I don't know why I'm telling you my life story. I feel like a lonely soul, but I now make an effort to be with others through music and social occasions. I have had a lot of trauma in my life but I have survived. I'm very friendly towards others and treat them the same as I would treat a good friend. At work people seem to gravitate towards me to have a chat, I think it's because I listen and be honest and empathize. They will walk in the door of my work area and ask me stuff and tell me what's going on. I never really could figure out what I was supposed to do in this life, but I do remember being quite sad as a child. I think I had an old wise soul at the age of 5... I don't know how to explain it, I think because I have suffered I know what to say to someone who is suffering and they seem to feel better... I don't know what it all means but that's just me.. I also feel that our Planet Earth is in big trouble because of the way humanity treats it, I feel that if that makes sense...Thank you for your video from Ireland...

Great presentation and I relate to the power of the negative content I seem to get focused on when “doom scrolling” online. Some of my favorite spiritual speakers share a vocabulary I hear frequently: frequency, vibration, love and light; chakras, cosmic consciousness and on and on. It would be so helpful to have a program dedicated to simply explaining these words that sound so powerful and meaningful yet many of us grapple with exactly how to achieve the state or even, where or what it is, what it means. I would guess vibration is related to positive thinking. And I ascribe my own meanings to frequenctly used terms in the world of spiritual exploration speakers. Enjoyed this presentation very much. Thank you. I still was able to “grok” much of what was said.

Hi Regina, you've been a high level human to me for many years thru Gaia and your own channel. With that respect in mind I just remind that 'eat out twice a week instead of three times' whether the restaurant is progressive or not is not an option many, many of both your followers have an option on. Eating out at all in many societies both within and without the USA is never the option of choice. Yet everyone, no matter their origin, yearns to survive in their wisdom or their muscle power. Introspection is a luxury for many but that does not diminish the process and you have been a champion of 'the reality of reality' for so long that I was surprised that this little slip was missed. Oh Regina, I love you lots but most people here in the Uk are lucky to dine out once a month let alone 2-3 times a week. Love what you say but it covers all areas that we are trying to be sucked into in particular thinking we need to look younger and end up hiding our beautiful aging faces showing all our true character expression. As an ex-journalist in Washington DC I feel I had a front row seat to the corruption and manipulation. I can’t in good faith vote for more of the same old control system. The majority of politicians have sold out to special interests who back them monetarily. It’s hard to see how we can move into a higher frequency on the global front when the world is controlled by a money-hungry world wide cabal. And they control the world leaders. I see the only option to go up against the control system is Trump since Harris is 100% controlled by her cabalistic backers. Ugh! I hope we can rise above this in my lifetime somehow and ascend into a higher frequency world. Sorry for venting! Thanks for your lovely channel and for bringing your balanced insights into the mix.

With that respect in mind I just remind that 'eat out twice a week instead of three times' whether the restaurant is progressive or not is not an option many, many of both your followers have an option on. Eating out at all in many societies both within and without the USA is never the option of choice. Yet everyone, no matter their origin, yearns to survive in their wisdom or their muscle power. Introspection is a luxury for many but that does not diminish the process and you have been a champion of 'the reality of reality' for so long that I was surprised that this little slip was missed. I remain undiminished in my support for your work and wish you continued success. 👍👍

Oh Regina, I love you lots but most people here in the Uk are lucky to dine out once a month let alone 2-3 times a week. Love what you say but it covers all areas that we are trying to be sucked into in particular thinking we need to look younger and end up hiding our beautiful aging faces showing all our true character expression. Thanks for your response. It’s very hard for me to not be concerned about our government on the national level. As an ex-journalist in Washington DC I feel I had a front row seat to the corruption and manipulation. I can’t in good faith vote for more of the same old control system. The majority of politicians have sold out to special interests who back them monetarily. It’s hard to see how we can move into a higher frequency on the global front when the world is controlled by a money-hungry world wide cabal. And they control the world leaders. I see the only option to go up against the control system is Trump since Harris is 100% controlled by her cabalistic backers. Ugh! I hope we can rise above this in my lifetime somehow and ascend into a higher frequency world. Sorry for venting! Thanks for your lovely channel and for bringing your balanced insights into the mix.
