I knew this was going to be out of this world. Luxury, contemporary living at it's finest.From the majestic door to the floor to ceiling windows in the living room offering panoramic views of Loresho to the beautiful artwork....amazing. But the wine fridge in the butler's pantry is the icing on the cake!

This is a beautiful and massive house and it’s definitely worth every penny
What size of lot do these sit on, and how many square metres of livingspace?
The vertical expanse of the houses is impressive; they stand tall and majestic. An elevator would have been a perfect inclusion for these houses. Imagine making your way up to the master bedroom after 'movie night' in the basement and realising you've forgotten your phone down there; I'd hate that! Speaking of which, as has already been mentioned on another comment, the master bedroom is underwhelming -- as is the pantry. For the asking price, there should even be a wine cellar in that space. However, the wine chiller in the butler's pantry is a nice inclusion.
There is no family room, but the theatre in the basement can cover that. Though without natural lighting, it seems it can get dark and dingy on the lower levels. It's nice that there is an intercom system for ease of communication throughout the different levels.
I like how the floor-to-ceilling windows on the main level bathe the space in natural light. Though with the houses in such close proximity to each other, I get the sense my neighbours can watch me eating my breakfast on the dining room balcony - and subsequently judge my breakfast choices.
@17:02, there is a door at the pool-level that you didn't go through. I'm guessing that leads to a poolside shower. All-in-all, good shooting, and thanks for the tour.

Beautiful house. Well designed for the 3 levels. Impressive and grandiose.
Although the master bedroom was a bit underwhelming, as compared to the standards set by the rest of the house.

I agree... The master bedroom was quite underwhelming, if necessary the adjacent bedroom could have been sacrificed to give more room for a separate his and her's walk in closet. More room in the bathroom where the bathtub and the toilet are far apart, more room for the his and her's sink. Other than that it's a spectacular property!

While I'm impressed by the finishes, I'm overall underwhelmed at what you get for 1.6 million dollars. Ati for that amount hakuna fridge and you still get wardrobes. Alafu, asking for that type of money and not staging the property 😒 And who exactly are these houses being built for hii Kenya yetu?

The videography is on point as usual 👍🏿. The house is so beautiful. I love a modern design and this was a well done design. I love the art work and the windows. They really add character to the house and the natural lighting is top notch. However, I watched this video twice; the first time I was starstruck but the second time I noticed some things that would make me not buy this house. One is the lack of a kitchen island. Personally, I find a kitchen island very essential for the functionality of the kitchen and it also gives a kitchen character. Two,the wardrobes are super small. For a house worth more than 100 million kenya shillings, walk in closets are a no brainer in my opinion. Last but not least,I wasn't impressed by the his and hers sinks in the master bathroom. Actually,the bathroom designs didn't impress me. But the house is beautiful and the environment is marvelous. Great job 👏🏿👏🏿

That's when someone buys they get interior designers to make the house fit all their needs.
Otherwise even when you construct your own home, after a few months you will realise so many mistakes and that's why people never stop investing

This hse is BEAUTIFUL......I love the big windows. But I didn't see study room and family room. Now if I was to buy this hse I would turn the gym room into prayer room. Is it just me but we have room for everything BUT GOD! I say this as a Christian, other religions have room for their DEITY except most Christians. Anyway your work is always great. God bless

I always see these homes as I’m on the highway and was super excited to see it featured. Honestly there is too much going on in this house. Firstly, I hate the checkered tiles, I hate all the different artwork and wallpaper all over the house. The house should have had a very neutral colour scheme and the owners would be able to decorate as they wish. Lol like why is the gym wall purple?? It’s too many ideas thrown into this house. I also find the wardrobes and finishings are not that modern. The home is too expensive to look outdated on the inside.
I do love the amenities though!! Amazing to see a gym, theatre, steam bath and pool all under one roof. Also love the floor to ceiling windows in the living room. And the best of all is the exterior of the home and the views from the balcony. The area is green and lush.
Personally I wouldn’t buy this home, it would cost too much to remodel (flooring, bathrooms etc). But it is spacious and is located in a great area!

That's not a swimming pool it's CALLED A PUNCH POOL IN EUROPE, UK,USA, COZ IT IS A SMALL SIZE. I didn't seen DSQ AND LAUDURY AREA,? The size of the widows is very beautiful and bring in alot of natural light,BUT when I think of the potential it's giving the THIEVES to steal very easy access through the window wacha tuu ikaye, I would have good night sleep coz of thinking about the security despite the CCTV they still break in the property. It's very beautiful thought
