    I got a set of lens cap, baht mask and dew shield from a company on Etsy. They're fine, but don't need a particular recommendation. I hadn't seen a filter adaptor before; good idea. And, I'll have to get one of those levelers; that part of the process drives me a bit nuts. Thanks for the product info.

      Thank you. I experimented with using one of my existing filters on the SeeStar using the filter adapter and it did cut out some more light pollution and better highlight the nebula better. I wouldn't recommend going out and buying an expensive filter to use with the SeeStar but for anyone who already has some filters, it's a good way to cut out some more light pollution.
