Your balance on loose rock is incredible, I could not do this, I love watching climbing videos and of course anything about the Eiger but…safer at home in my old age 👍🏽
The climb up the ridge from the Ostegg hut was quite difficult and my colleague had problems the next day, so we had to turn around. Too bad, because the weather was perfect.
This is the first video I see of the first part of the ridge all other videos start at the Mittellegi hut. Great climb ! 😁 (what is the rope length you use, looks like 70 meters)
Sure i read a while ago that gaining the ridge at the very end was classed as virtually impossible due to crevasses. That was about 25 years ago though. We went with a plan to do the ridge from the hut but bad weather ruled it out.
Why would anyone want to hear the sounds of nature, or a narration, while on the Eiger? It's much more important to know the kind of music the poster likes.
The idea of Rock playing while climbing is the stupidest idea ever and ruins the experience. No one wants to hear ur tunes just silence and the mountain instead of what, Nickleback?
The idea of posting opinions on music selection here is the stupidest idea ever. Nobody wants to hear the tunes? Oh, come on, no one? Nickleback? No. Seether. Yet instead of pointless commentary, just click the volume down button......
@@geohoracci whatever. Dumb rock. Loud rock. The opposite of climbing a mountain. And yes, NO ONE wants to hear loud music watching nature vids does ATTENBOROUGH play Slayer in the background? FOH
Ülkemin hangi şehrine gitsem gözlerim hep en yüksek dağları arar gördüğüm an çok mutlu ve heyacanlanırım Türkiye den saygılar sevgiler selamlar

Very Impressive video. Mount Eiger is a dangerous mountain.
Impressive mountain images with daring people!
Surfing music?
Doesn't matter, I like it!
Complimenti veramente bravi....
You are all crazy and very brave.
Prekrásna trasa ! Chystáme sa na Eiger, snáď to dokončíme
Keep it that way !!!

Super videjko parto.Radost pohledět 😉👍
Amazing Bro
Excellent video. Very impressed and great choice of music. Can I ask why you didn’t reach the top? Everything seemed to be going perfectly!

É muita coragem para subir num lugar desse, só de assistir o vídeo me dá vertigem. É loucura
Super reportage, dommage que la musique vienne tout gâcher...le silence de la montagne aurait été plus agréable
Sorry but have to turn back music is too much , Hope ye all make it .
Geniálne :O
Bravo
0k here we go again. music is the focus, for gods sake turn volume down, can't watch , Maybe turn sound off,,
Awful music to play on a beautiful scenic stroll. Ruins it
Just found this. Great video but the "music" should be optional.
A mazinggg👍
How do you train for something like this?
Physically, nothing extraordinary. The important thing is to keep it straight in your head and be confident in the exposed sections.

There were six of us climbing up, so we had more ropes. If I remember correctly, it was 50 - 60 m.
@@geohoracci 😁 it really looks a lot longer. I think I'm putting this climb on the "to do" list

Кайф!!!
wow
Super Film.. Nur diese aggressive Crash Musik passt nicht zur Schönheit und Erhabenheit des Eigers und der ganzen Natur.
So scary, very narrow track to walk on , such tracks should be done with ropes in case any one fells down, It could be stopped to go down on rocks

Yes, I like Seether. Without my favourite music it would be just wind noise in a poor quality microphone and a lot of swear words during the work 😃
Kameramu bikin mumet 😁
That obnoxious music makes the video unwatchable! 👎🏻👎🏻
