1. SABUDANA KHICHIDI
Time stamp 1:15
Ingredients
1. Sabudana: 1 Bowl
2. Salt: 1 tsp
3. Sugar: 1 tsp
4. Lemon juice: 1/2 tsp
5. Roasted peanut powder
6. Roasted peanuts
7. Ghee: 1 tbsp
8. Cumin: 1 tsp
9. Grated ginger-garlic: 1 tsp
10. Chopped green chilli: 1-2 Nos
11. Boiled Potato (diced): 1 Medium
12. Coriander leaves
Method
-Wash and then soak sabudana in 1/2 bowl water for 3-4 hours
-Mix soaked sabudana, salt, sugar, lemon juice, roasted peanut powder and some roasted peanuts
-Heat ghee and roast cumin, chopped green chilli and grated ginger-garlic
-Add boiled potato (diced) and mix
-Now add the sabudana and then mix well
-Cover and cook for 3-4 min
-Garnish with coriander leaves and some roasted peanuts
-Delicious sabudana khichidi is ready.
2. CHATPATI MACARONI

Ingredients
1. Olive oil: 1 tbsp
2. Grated garlic: 1 tbsp
3. Chopped onion: 1 Small
4. Chopped capsicum: 1 Small
5. Grated carrot: 1 Medium
6. Red chilli powder: 1/4 tsp
7. Salt: 1 tsp
8. Garam masala: 1/2 tsp
9. Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
10. Maggi masala (Optional)
11. Tomato puree (1 medium tomato)
12. Tomato sauce: 1 tsp
13. Boiled macaroni
14. Diced Cottage cheese: 100 grams
15. Coriander leaves
method
-Heat olive oil and roast grated garlic
-Add chopped onion and roast them
-Add chopped capsicum and grated carrot, mix
-Add red chilli powder, salt, garam masala, turmeric powder and maggi masala (Optional), mix and roast
-Add tomato puree, tomato sauce and mix, cover and cook at low flame for 3-4 min (mix occasionally)
-Add the boiled macaroni and diced cottage cheese and mix well
-Garnish with coriander leaves
-Delicious chatpati macaroni is ready
3. DISCO IDLI

Ingredients
1. Semolina: 1 bowl
2. Curd: 1 bowl
3. Salt: 1/2 tsp
4. Ghee: 2 tsp
5. ENO: 1/2 tsp
6. Curry leaves: 10-12 Nos.
7. Chopped onion: 1 Small
8. Chopped tomato: 2 Small
9. Maggi masala
10. Salt
11. Coriander leaves
Method
-Mix semolina with curd and keep it in refrigerator for 6-8 hours
-Add salt, mix and keep the batter aside for sometime
-Grease the idli mould
-Now add eno with little water into the batter and mix well
steaming hot water
-Add little more water if required to get the desired consistency
-Transfer the batter into the idli mould and steam It at a high flame for 4-5 min
-Now heat ghee and roast curry leaves
-Add chopped onion and saute it
-Add chopped tomato and mix
-Add salt, maggi masala and mix, cover and cook for 1-2 min
-Lastly add the idlis and mix
-Garnish with coriander leaves
-Delicious disco idli is ready
4. TAWA PULAO
Time stamp 12:35
Ingredients
1. Ghee: 1 tbsp
2. Finely chopped onion: 1 Small
3. Chopped green chilli: 1 Nos.
4. Ginger-garlic paste: 1 tsp
5. Chopped carrot: 1 Small
6: Chopped capsicum: 1 Small
7. Chopped coriander leaves
8. (Diced) Boiled potato: 1 Medium
9. Salt: 1-1.5 tsp
10. Tomato puree (2 tomatoes)
11. Diced cottage cheese: 100 grams
12. Rice: 1 Cup
5. VEGGIES LOADED DALIYA
Time stamp 15:25
Ingredients
1. Ghee: 1 tbsp
2. Cumin: 1/2 tsp
3. Mustard seeds: 1/2 tsp
4. Curry leaves: 10-12 Nos.
5. Finely chopped onion: 1 Medium
6. Turmeric powder: 1/4 tsp
7. Red chilli powder: 1/4 tsp
8. Garam masala: 1/2 tsp
9. Chopped capsicum: 1 Small
10. Chopped carrot: 1 Small
11. Chopped beans: 10-12 Nos.
12. Chopped cauliflower: 1 Small
12. Boiled corn: 1/2 Cup
13. Chopped tomato: 1 Small
14. Daliya: 1 Bowl
15. Salt: 1 tsp

Mujhe Macaroni or disco idli recipe bhut hi tempting lagi idli to mere bete ki favorite hain.. Tawa pulao so delicious and yummy 😋
