my guess would be that purrloin doesnt evolve however this could be similar to shrouded fable varoom, where we may get an n's liepard ex that is a tera of another type and is somewhere else in the set list, still may be more of a long shot that just the single purrloin
Hop's Corvinight seems like a good candidate for a Prerelease promo since single prize evolution pokemon thrive in that environment. That first attack would become really dangerous really quickly if the kit gives you Snorlax and Postwick.
If we go by the trailer that was at worlds for the set it looks like N is probably getting one more Pokémon and it’ll be klingklang and I am hoping it’s something super good to make his deck work
Can you imagine if there were limited copies of video games being made. Or anything really. There wouldn't be any more gamer UA-camrs. Everyone would be fighting each other on every release. It's insane to think there is a pokemon shortage.
I’m just starting to get into Pokemon TCG thanks to TCG Pocket. As a new player I don’t have a huge collection, therefore I’m trying to figure out the best entry point. Would Journey Together be more of a stand alone set or would it still need a lot of cards from prior sets to build strong decks with?
I would suggest checking out the League Battle Decks. Those are a great way to build up foundational skills and would have some staples that can be carried over to future decks.
I agred that a league battle deck is the best entry point, in particular the Charizard League Battle deck since it is fairly playable out of the box and has some great staple cards for deck building. That said this set does introduce several new Archtypes so it does standalone but the hard part will be getting product to open, I suggest buying the singles since there will be a lot of bulk.
There are too many new sets and money in this game, unfortunately. It's over saturated with product. Can you be happy with what you have, when you always are shown what you haven't got? Do you not get bored of chasing new things?
You kinda need new sets for a Trading Card GAME, otherwise the game gets stale. Personally, I'm cool with getting new decks every few months instead of playing with the same 3-4 decks until a rotation comes around or something. Plus, the PTCG is FAR from oversaturated with product considering how hard it is to get still even 5 years after the huge wave of people (let's be real, scalpers) came into the hobby.

For the English set, they confirmed there are only 4 trainer's pokemon ex so I think there is just no liepard
There was like a Cherubi in brilliant stars without an evolution, so can just be like that
N rarely used the same pokemon twice, and he had a purrloin in game but not a liepard.

We have some sleeves there is a joltik on N's shoulder. So maybe we get a joltik or a galvantula
@ true but I also think they’re gonna stick with the rule of only 6 pokemon a team and each of the trainer cards are gonna have max 6 Pokemon
Yeah but Reshiram could be seen as not really his Pokémon. So there is hope

If N's Liepard isn't in the next slot, could that also means that N's Liepard is a Tera pokemon with a different type?
Nice video hopefully we may get a gold's wooper
I'm unsure if I wanna play N's or a counterbox w/ Lillie's Clefairy first. Looks so fun this set
Purloin of another type seems pretty fair. Perhaps Normal type or Tera
There could be a Tera type evolution of purloin. Lightning Tyranitar is an example
Can't wait for the Gold N's Castle.
It'll probably happen, right?
N's Purloin is probably just colorless type.
30 damage from purloin is enough damage to KO budew so it will probably see some smidge of play

Trainer galary 2??
purrloin can ko budew 👀
So can like, almost every card😅
Hyping up a set that mostly went to bots/scalpers is not a good look
Old news Ross ...

Nah, new cards are fun
