She was/IS a force that took music video to a WHOLE NEW LEVEL WHERE IT GOT ATTN FOR THE LGBTQ TODAY. When i was a young ts girl,we had no one to hold our hand. Especially here in the south. It's a shame, the younger folk so to speak only know her for her recent excessive plastic surgery. I wish they could see and appreciate what an icon she is, a voice for the voiceless, and someone who's music has saved me many a time; mind, body and soul
One of the most beautiful of all of Madonna's songs spanning her entire career, in my opinion. (The bizarre official video does not match up with the beauty of the song and only takes away from it.) Haunting and bitter sweet. Richly orchestrated with hints of the Orient woven in. Babyface is perfect for the background vocals. An excellent musical work.

Agreed. I LOVE the oriental touch on this ballad and think the Spanish video has nothing to do with the song.
