Just got to end game in the PS5 super new to the game, your vid made it really easy to learn how to install the filter on ps4 version of the game. Thank you very much!
It’s really weird that you need to log in to the website to change your loot filter settings. It looks like it works so that’s a plus but weird that it’s not in game
Its mainly so that the changes to your loot filter can be associated with your account. That's what lets these methods work on both PC and Console. It would be nice to have the options in game, but there are so many ways to adjust things that it would be extremely difficult to make a good ui for it on top of what the game already has
To hide specific things that you dont care about for your build you would have to use the filterblade website. Start with whatever strictness looks good to you (I do the campaign and early atlas with regular or semi-strict), then you would have to go into the customize section and adjust the rules to hide the specific thing you don't want to see. That said, the tools on the website for customizing filters are very powerful, but also kinda difficult to understand in my experience. If it's something you really want to get into, I would recommend looking up a guide for how to make the best use of those tools like this one by the person who made the website: ua-cam.com/video/AMZrWdzrA_U/v-deo.html
Are you 100% certain you're signed into the PoE website with your steam account? I dont have any experience with the steam deck, but its easy to get accounts mixed up on the PoE website. As far as I know you would need to sign in with your Steam account on the website rather than making an account with your email address. If thats what you did already, I got nothin'
@@Wilucco ya :/ works fine on my pc but doesn’t show on the steam deck weird. Even shows my correct character logged in on the site and everything. Darn thanks tho still a great video
I'm not sure what would be causing the problem with the official website method, but one thing I forgot to mention with the Filterblade method is that there's a little dropdown box that lets you select which platform the loot filter is meant for. If you look at 2:35 in the video, you can see it right next to the box where I typed the name. If you haven't already, you could try setting it to the console you're using and exporting it again.

Thanks! :D I'm sorry neither of the methods worked for you initially, but I hope the thing I mentioned in the other comment fixes the problem!
