So here's a sneak peek of a song from the new album, which is being produced - in its studio version - by the mighty Steve Horry, who is fairly new to the gang, but whom I met editing a Doctor Who anthology, which is a good place to meet like-minded folk.
For me, anyway.

'Before You' is what I like to call a happysad song. In that it's about happy moments after they've passed. I know 'melancholy' is a perfectly good word for such things, but I'm too busy being that to type it.
It contains the words 'albeit', 'torniquet' and 'thumbs' as all good pop songs should. Feel free to pass it around.
