I WAS DENIED A DAS PASS ALTHOUGH I HAVE HAD ONE FOR 14 years. Although the pass has a symbol of a wheel haired individual, I was repeated told that the pass is not for mobility limitations. After 53 years of going to Disney, Good-Bye.
These rules are absolutely ridiculous. My sister got hurt in a traditional line quene because it was not "wheelchair accessible" in Disney world. The lines are extremely hard to push a wheelchair through they are uphill,in the dark and full of obstacles. It's completely unfair and dangerous to force people to use wheelchairs in some of these quenes.
Wow, that's a good question. I guess if she had a wheelchair then she would have to use it all day and not just in line. There are so many people that have been abusing that system a disney world that they had to crack down. If you're actually read the website. It says it is for people who have a problem waiting in lines due to development disabilities .... not physical disabilities. Disney world is 100% accommodating to physical disabilities already. In fact, anyone who uses Disney World transportation knows that as soon as someone rules up with a wheelchair, you can count on waiting for the next bus.

I have no desire to support this company- just don’t go! Boycott Disney go to universal or old town or whatever

How does she get to the park if she can’t sit for long periods?
