It's too hard for a beginner. Do yourself a favour and find something easier you like. My experience as a guitar teacher (15 years) is that you are extremely likely to get frustrated and abandon if you try something like this too early. I teach guitar online. Check strums and picks . If you can play those chords they'll get you through the song, anyhow, as the harmony doesn't change until the very end when they play a couple of extra chords to close the tune take care
It doesn't need to sound like the original, so if you don't mind that, you can play the chords in simple rhythm with a bit of patience and some natural skills for the instrument. They're basically: Abm7, Gdim, Dbm7, Gb7, Gdim, this progression repeated all the time. Mostly barre chords, which are hard, but once you get them, it should be able to sound.
