Interior Designer Rebecca Robeson and her team have 6 short months to pull off a major interior design renovation on a 2,000 sq. ft. condo, located in the heart of the hipster-filled area lies this Urban Loft!. With 13-foot concrete ceilings, exposed pipes, and ducts, the condo sets the perfect foundation for a cool, urban loft-type design.
Rebecca takes you through the project from start to finish. Frequent trips to the project location to monitor the construction progress, sub-contractor interaction, and local shopping… all part of the process. Very true, but at the same time there are ideas that you an take and use for an apartment, house, room or corner of room. Like that mirror on both sides of the bed I love that.
I understand what you're saying...I take bits & pieces, here & there, maybe even make it my own in some ways... As a whole complete look, you best know what you're doing...What may work w/ one space may not for another or your colors may not blend the same way...I've had to work on patience & not cutting corners...Using samples helps save you from mistakes & wasting money...
True! And I don't think she's cheap, too! :-) Folks living in downtown Denver with an apartment like that are loaded with cash. I doubt she deals with folks with the lower or more modest-budget homes. :-)

This is literally breathtaking. I've watched THOUSANDS of remodel and design videos over the years and this is the first time I would not change a single thing. you did utterly incredible.
My jaw dropped. I cant believe it. This is one of the most beutiful re-do's I've ever seen. I wouldnt change anything. I don't like lofts because they are vast and cold and industrial and she made it warm and soo cozy. I want to live there. I'm so tired of seeing white farmhouse renovations. This is gorgeous. I love that she used COLOR. She made it bold and dramatic but warm and cozy. The lighting added to the drama. I'd never want to leave. You are a genious!

OMG!! i just died! i love all your work, but this loft made me feel like i want to live there. And that master bedroom is the most beautiful bathroom I've ever laid eyes on. Amazing job!!!
Rebecca seems like a tough cookie to work under, however seeing her digging through the trash to find those two black circles really shows her dedication to getting a project spot on to the last details, lol.

WOW!! I believe I've watched every single video on this particular project. And each time I am just blown away by just how amazing it turned out! I have always loved the old warehouse/factory turned into housing look. But even you have totally out did yourself on this project! And at some point, I want the light fixture that looks like floating candles lol. That really just threw the whole place into another level of awesomeness!! Perfect!
Love your style! Very creative ways of dealing with home design issues... One of my fav's was the iron stair railing - beautiful! And the way your curved the stairs outward at the bottom- both functional and much more pleasing to the eye. Also love the simple dark shutter on the kitchen counter that lends balance... LOVE it!
Thanks for sharing about how you saved the cut off legs to the buffets, also! I think of things like that but sometimes am afraid to do it. Now I won't be. Keep this up, I really appreciate you!

2 years later and I see this article. My choice of bedroom is the blue one with no windows. Just beautiful!! So awesome!!!...even 2 yrs later. Still a good idea with Windows on another wall, perhaps. What beats everything is... whoever edited and enhanced your video should get an award. Its ALL ATTRACTIVE!! Good job Becky and company!!
She's such a boss babe with incredible taste. I did my own small project and it was really hard to get contractors to commit to schedules that had already been outlined and a ton of other stuff so I appreciate the small clips like 6:06 that show how to work through it when... stuff hits the fan 😅😂

This is the first time I have come across you and WOW. I have never liked anybody's work as much as I like yours, no love, adore yours. I had some similar ideas for a kitchen. I have learnt so much from you like the 8ft doors for a tall building. The centre piece for the end of the corridor. Over laying with rugs. And your tiles and light fittings are to die for. Here we are in our little foyer of our office in London,we started off with five of us watching during lunch,by the finish we had crammed in one hundred and fifteen people who were all taking notes and videoing this Robeson Design reveal;the "oohs"and "aaahs"as the rooms were revealed were amusing but the audible sigh as the blue room was revealed was out of this world.We all know this was done on a significant budget but this will last a long time and will be a treat for all to see.
From all of us to all of you and your wonderful team ,those Denver based artisans just did a magnificent job,again we have got to find you a project here in the UK.

I am a designer and, after knowing the location (Denver Condo), seeing the spaces...I would DEF'LY envision same dynamic, eclectic-contemp. look! FABULOUS!
I think every good designer must think: what would I do if I lived, worked here: 1) for FUNCTION, if not also for 2) the style, look...= Aesthetics + Solutions...
LOVE natural edges on stone shelves (a personal fave), the lighting fixtures are FANTASTIC!!!, have done very similar designs for rooms w/windows (perf!), and LOVE the cut-thru to shower controls...👍
And, yes, many, many times w/older homes and high-price property disctricts, you confront storages challenges, so you must MAXIMIZE every sq inch to remedy those constraints. Great job there! 👏👏👏

Love the mirror 'window'! Would love that in the master. Stunning. Pops of black for drama, lights for bling, whites, tans, browns for a more subtle dramatic feel for that classic pairing to compliment the subtle black drama. Perfect! Textures lend visual interest, and a cozy feel! Well done!

Ok, but it's not small in Texas, either. I think it depends on your area and income. Like when you see designers design for small or tiny kitchens, and then you see they're as large as two of your rooms combined...umm, no! If you say tiny or small, it needs to look like an efficiency, an RV, or a tiny home kitchen. Just my opinion, though. This lady is awesome, though! Beautiful work

OMG!!! I am so in love, with your design style. I purchase a lot of books on interior design and watching vids of interior design work is a guilty pleasure. Mostly everything I saw I loved, I am mostly lighting fixture, faucet knobs, mirrors, table centerpieces, rugs, and bathroom lover, Like the first thing that I want to see, is the bathroom. When I finally saw the master bathroom and that standing tub with the tealights in the wall, I almost passed out. Your work so bomb! I am a new subscriber.
I loved the increased height of the doors throughout. The lights in the dining area and master bedroom are bananas omg!!! The transformation of this loft is truly amazing. My only critic is the placement of the toilet wish it could have been a little farther away from the tub. Rebecca, you are a true visionary!!!
