For a given SIZE (dimensions) a lead-acid battery always has more real Ah rating, but the lithium one will give more cranking amps. In addition, it will be lighter, but dont be fooled, when chosing a bike you should always take into account the power draw from all your electric stuff and of course the starter motor CCA. You should never go lower than those CCA. Then you look at your stock battery Ah and compare, you can actually go a little bit lower than that, but keep in mind that it will give you less succesive cranking tries, and of course it will discharge faster at idle or when not fully disconnected.

mmm lead acid does not always give you more actual Amp Hours at 12v.
