Absolutely love Ennio Morricone. In my opinion the greatest movie composer, Sergio Leone's films would not be what they are without Ennio. Great cover. The whiskey bottle slide guitar was a fine touch :D
Such an epic and passionate style from you both which I enjoy since Ennio Morricone influences me as a guitarist so much I even did some of his Red Sonja score for my channel, but then I also use to play viola so I luv hearing string players cuz they'll always influence me as a musician so experiencing your lively pretty rendition is a treasure. Actually, was kinda boring. Maybe my expectations were set too high. Both of you are WAY better than this piece. Honestly a bit disappointed. Love your other stuff and would love to see you collaborate with Lyndsey Stirling or The Harp Twins.
I'm not disappointed. There's new harmonizations, interplay and new counterpoint which makes this already much more interesting than the original in my opinion, especially with only 2 instruments. Well done.
