Grasshopper Gradients Management

📣 Since Ambrosinus Toolkit v1.2.5 is possible to manage the generation and decoding of the colour palettes of the Grasshopper gradient components in a smart and friendly way. This version of Ambrosinus-Toolkit enhances GradientGen and GradientDecod (already present in the first version of this plugin) and adds two new ones: SaveGradientLib and SwitchGradientLib.
