Digging the headliner and the entire project. Way cool. As someone confined to a wheelchair and thus stuck with driving converted vans with ramps, my dream is getting and turning a IH Metro or like ride, equipping it with hydraulics so it can be can lowered to the ground thus eliminating the need for a ramp altogether, keeping a rust patina and painting some sort if delivery lettering on the side. Don’t foresee it happening but I can at least live it in my dreams.
We had milk delivered to the milk box built into the side of our 1950s Culver City home by a Rockview Dairy truck just like the one that you are doing. Happy Memories.
I actually worked a 4 years at a Dairy that had house to house delivery, and I did put milk in peoples milk box, and have keys to go into houses at 1-6 am in the morning and put milk in people refrigerators..They had one of the Divcos in very good shape.. I never got to drive it.. Drove about every other type of milk truck though ;)
@@ClassicCarStudio Would you believe some of the instructions would be like careful, dog BITES ! hahahah. Once a driver I knew was running another guys route.. He went in the wrong house fell down the stairs into the basement'' left everything and got out of there ! And yes there are other MILKMAN stories that are true !!! hahahahah
This is definitely a must watch Custom fabrication of a o,l Milk or Bread truck it is by far my most favourite Custom fabrication the interior you most certainly have given it the wow factor if and when you enter it in a Custom car show if you don't receive a Trophy it's because the competition is Rig I only wish my current project 1954 International side step pickup could look that good one can dream Bill Qld Australia 🇦🇺
Hello The DIVCO TWIN means a lot to me. I learned how to drive a stick on this one pedal dinosaur. A 1946 DIVCO MILK TRUCK. I was 13 years old in 1966, I knew what it took to drive a 1947 Buick Super we had upstate NY on our property. But the one pedal and standing up was something new for me. I loved it because it was a challenge. It took a couple of hours and I had it DOWN! This milk truck was cut down into a big pickup, and had a snow plow on it. One of my older Brothers found it in The Bronx, NY not too far from where we lived. You’re right, most people have no idea what a DIVCO TWIN is. Thank you for sharing your talents, the DIVCO looks awesome!
I was looking for a great project truck and had a few different ones from the 50’s & 60’s. It wasn’t until I started looking at the cars from the 20’s & 40’s that I fell in love with the art-deco / war period look. Finally found a 46 pickup and the front end of this milk truck reminds me of that pickup so much. This period had the best looking vehicles in my opinion.
Oh wow the craftsmanship, and creativity show’s brilliantly! Thank you for saving that old truck and giving it a hot rod twist but keeping the theme with the era!
Love it man. That shit is way cool . I have a hard-on for all the old stuff that people these days can't appreciate. I mean that the truck that would deliver milk to our door in 1958. .
I could watch a 2-hour video from you guys every single day and not get bored. The craftsmanship is just amazing. And that lil' truck there looks exactly like something I'd rock daily :)
Awesome job, It takes 20% of the time to do 80% of the work but the last 20% of the work takes 80% of the time. Keep it up looks killer and bet it's ho even better
@Classic Car Studio you don’t have to do that but thanks sir. I’m excited about the whiskey logo shirt I ordered. Ima rock them shirts down here in Florida.

Holy crap! Great work. I hope your wife is proud of the work you put in!! And it's awesome she's going to be driving that rig. I hope we get to see the final of this build!! I love the waterfall between the dash. That must have taken a few minutes to fab up.
Hiya! Thanks Noah for the wise foresight of letting Scott “do his own thing”. Fabulous demo and example of the work you do. Sure to reap the rewards. Scott’s an excellent tutor. Thankyou both. 👍👍
Scott comes in on his own time to work on this stuff because he loves to build... we're just lucky to be around to witness it (and hopefully get some on film).
