- Friday nights in my house is Friday Family Movie night! I love making a yummy dinner with a tasty dessert!
I made Gluten Free Greek Lemon Chicken with potatoes and broccoli, it was so tasty with that yummy lemon flavor!

The Gluten Free S'mores Cookie Bars were AMAZING and they did not last long in my house over the next few days. It was such a treat to be able to eat something so tasty that was gluten free and my family even said it did pnot taste like gluten free things! Everyone LOVED it!
Here is the cookie recipe I used just for the cookie base, everything else was just adding layers in and baked in the oven at 350° for 35 to 40 mins till golden brown.
