That might also be a ploy - if he returns them a fraction of their investment, and they say OK to that, that may be recognized as if they agreed that this matter is now settled, so that they or the government don't sue him for the full amount.

Despite your apology and the claim of, "I have never scammed anyone..." you still made those text messages, about market manipulation, buy low sell high, etc. Just because you didn't sell, doesn't make you clean. You still had the intent of scamming. I'm very disappointed that you didn't respond to the text messages that clearly conveyed your intentions.
He never had the intentions to ‘scam’. The project not going through to completion was the combined result of the development issues, the other issues surrounding the ‘bad actors’ in Ibanez and Crypto King, and Logan/Jeff’s own negligence towards their duty of completing the project.
Of course Logan started this project with the intention to maximise his own profits, and if it isn’t downright harming others why wouldn’t you?

Summary:
I couldn't sue Coffeezilla of anything, but he is going to sue us back and we are scared. To fix this, thank you Coffeezilla. I need to thank him for pointing out our scam so I can look a bit good. I have a "plan" for cryptozoo. However, I won't admit what I did was wrong and because of that, I won't apologize to anyone.
The fact that he didn’t upload this apology to his main channel shows that he cares more about his brand and image and not his audience. Really pathetic.

What we should take away from this is how willingly he is able to please his fans if it means he might get cancled. It took him a total of 2 videos before he realized he screwed up. Yes, he did apologize, which is great. However, from all the other projects he has done before and maybe after crypto Zoo, what are and have been his intentions?
