Go in the app > profile> check device status > if shows amazefit watch then unpair it> go again in add device> select pairing manually> select pairing option and then u will notification in ur watch Select tick yes Ur watch will b connected

I just conected to another phone and it's works, but doesn't work with mine anyway. Will try to create new mi account and log in with VPN, coz as I see the problem is in the phone

I called customer support they were very helpful. Once I unpaired and repaired it worked. Haven't had any issues since.
