Amazfit bip can't connect, reset or even turn off, any ideas?

    You need the application Zepp in a Phone then you go in and just configure

    Go in the app > profile> check device status > if shows amazefit watch then unpair it> go again in add device> select pairing manually> select pairing option and then u will notification in ur watch
    Select tick yes
    Ur watch will b connected

    I am facing the issue with my amazfit verge lite. it shows "please open the app and check for updates" but it doesn't connect with phone and stuck with the message

      If you can reset wach or let battery drain then reset u pair from app then repair hope you have found a solution

    Hello, i just connected my watch to my app after 1 week of not working. You just have to Please go to the original account that the watch was paired with and go to the profile page. Once there please tell me what it says under "my devices"

      I just conected to another phone and it's works, but doesn't work with mine anyway. Will try to create new mi account and log in with VPN, coz as I see the problem is in the phone

      I called customer support they were very helpful. Once I unpaired and repaired it worked. Haven't had any issues since.
