Buttermilk 3cup
chickpea flour(besan) 3tsp heaped
red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
haldi powder 1/2 tsp
dhaniya powder 1tsp
salt 1and1/2 tsp
garam masala 1/2 tsp
for tadka
ghee 5tsp
jeera 1/2 tsp
mustard seed (rai) 1/2 tsp
clove 4no(crushed)
hing 1/4tsp
for second tadka
ghee 3tsp
jeera 1/2 tsp
kashmiri red chilli powder 1//2 tsp
whole red chilli 1no
for pakoda
chickpea flour (besan) 5tsp
red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
haldi powder a pinch
hing a pinch
ajwain 1/2tsp
salt 1/2tsp
baking soda a pinch
water as required
