Many without proper training because of the massive shortage in Ukraine's military of personnel. This is because of high death rates, serious injuries, desertion and being nowhere near their targets for recruitment. Russia will win eventually.

You know, it seems the US has spent more time thinking about the vulnerabilities of the S-300 (and similar) systems than the Russians have. And that is shocking. Russia should've known how to defeat their own systems better than anyone. The US has all kinds of systems: Jamming, Decoys, SDB-II, HARM-ER, Growler, and Stealth. It really is standard to do what's called a SWOT analysis of businesses; which face non-lethal threats: Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities and Threats. How could they face their own equipment and not have strategies!? But, there are many things about their performance that have disappointed me. American weapons systems in Ukraine do not accurately reflect there true capabilities, because of the limited number of them, and a lack of integration with other systems not deployed, so the systems are showcasing their effectiveness if they were used by the American military in their own operations.
Those were the greenhouse conditions and these are the reality.
