All jokes aside, Changbin is REALLY good at this. He knows everything really well and was really engaging towards the members AND the audience. He was really in his element here, which made it even more fun to watch!

He really knows not only his craft but also how to work out his and their bodies in all the right ways. I even learned a few things myself for my own workouts! This two episodes have been not only entertaining to watch, but educational!

When that Stay asked if they should starve themselves to lose weight, I love how SKZ all answered firmly that they should NEVER starve themselves to lose weight. It means they don't do it either and that they care about they own diet and their health and this makes me very happy, because this industry makes a lot of idols think that they should starve themselves etc... I'm really happy that SKZ are firmly against it and that give alternative advice to that Stay, being a good example too. SKZ are always amazing ❤
Yes, im glad too but the k pop industry has quite many rules and sadly dieting and body image is a huge part of that. Even though skz is againsy dieting, im pretty sure that there were many companh mandated diets. Plus we know that lic also has some sort of ED from this.Its similar to yeonjun from txt- who also has to go on many diets.I feel really bad for them that they have to keep a strong front amongst these hardships

changbin's words are so informative. his delivery was sooooo interesting, and never dull, like maaaaan i know nothing abt working out but his manner of explaining makes it very easy to understand. simply put, he's indeed an effective instructor.
The fact that changbin just admitted thay he doesn't have abs rn, doesn't have experience with workouts to lose belly fat, and hates cardio just made my entire year. If he does get abs I am very exited for him but I want him to do it for him and not because he thinks he has to do it to make stays happy. I hope he knows that some of us love the lack of abs as much as others enjoy them❤️❤️❤️we love you Binnie you are perfect and I hope you never struggle with self worth or thinking you are fat🖤

Changbin is genuinely the only reason I've convinced myself to go to the gym for the first time in years. He's such an amazing teacher, and so passionate about what he loves that I actually feel confident in myself when I follow his instructions! I hope he sees some of these comments and realises how much he's impacted our health and mindset for the better!

Especially for a beginner that’s trying to start lifting And feels very insecure about going to the gym especially using weights around other guys and stuff. I learned a lot in this episode and I’m very grateful and appreciative that changbin took his time and really well thought out everything! I’m so proud of him!
I hope he starts making separate videos of work-outs routines someday. That would be very cool.
You can tell that he’s very passionate about staying healthy and being in good shape.

I genuinely love just listening to them talk, like when it was coming to the end and they sat down and discussed their goals I really enjoyed it. I swear they could literally just film themselves having a conversation, not even interacting with the camera and I'd love it. I understand what you mean, I think over the 3 years my ears have grown comfortable with Korean language. Although I don’t understand everything, only few words or phrases I still enjoy listening to Korean language. It’s very pleasant

He works out off and on. You can definitely tell when he puts in the work because he has a lot of definition and his arms are extremely toned (around Backdoor era) but he stated he doesn’t consistently work out when he’s working on music. All of his time goes into producing & off of working out.
