I agree with The Ark and BAP, but Glam had a member who was found guilty of blackmailing in court and it happened at a time when they were just starting their career so it's kinda understandable for them to have been disbanded, though they could have succeeded a few more years later.

Quarantine brought me here again. I still feel so bad for them. They're such a perfect combination for a girl group. Amazing vocal, rap, dance. All of them are also freaking pretty. I've known kpop for 10years, and for me their debut song is the best among another girl group. Not only ear catching, but also meaningful, such a masterpiece. But they disbanded too fast:(( while rookies nowadays, i dont wanna judge them, but tbh the ark is actually much better. The ark srsly deserves more.. It seems impossible but i hope they can reunite with new agency, with better agency which wouldn't waste their talent.
I whole-heartedly agree. Some rookies are very good but they're just different. Noone, just noone is like The Ark. I like them SO much! Each vocal, how the vocals sounds together, each of the girls's dancing, each rapper, they're even pretty and charming on top of all that skill and talent. And I like their vibe and their style so much. Their company missed out on a huge gap in the market just to chase the typical girl group success that other, bigger and more successfull companies already dictate and are much better at.

as a person who lives in korea, and is able to speak korean, i know for sure these girls didn't disband because they wanted to. they cried so much, and because they still love each other, they meet pretty often. it's just so depressing as a fan to know that they'll never be able to be together as a group again. reason why? music K (the ark's entertainment) decided to disband because their first album, the light, wasn't a big success. so they kicked yujin, minju, and euna out. and they only had halla and jane remain, probably because they're young..

Honestly The Ark and Glam would've been so popular if they didn't disbanded. Their concepts are different to the cutesy/sexy type which what I want in a girl group. Hopefully a similar group appears in the future.

I seriously doubt this. They couldn't really manage any group very well besides from BTS. Look at GLAM for example. Though the group was co-managed by another company, Big Hit didn't really care much for them either. They had so much potential but it was thrown away, just like The Ark's.

Also they basically didn't do anything for the other members during the hard times. They should have handled the whole case differently instead of dropping the whole group.

Maybe it was best for halla and jane to go back to school cause yujin gets the rest she needs and they get to get the education they need (some idols didn't graduate to focus on idol group activities)

+Nisaamota I read somewhere that the reason why K music isn't letting them come back is because they wanted them to do a sexy concept while the group wanted to do a female empowerment concept. The company was only allowing them to have a comeback if they did a sexy concept but none of them wanted to so the company ended up disbanding them. It's just a rumour AFAIK but it would be pretty sad if that was the truth :(

as a person who lives in korea, and is able to speak korean, i know for sure these girls didn't disband because they wanted to.

Honestly The Ark and Glam would've been so popular if they didn't disbanded. Their concepts are different to the cutesy/sexy type which what I want in a girl group. Hopefully a similar group appears in the future.

I seriously doubt this. They couldn't really manage any group very well besides from BTS. Look at GLAM for example. Though the group was co-managed by another company, Big Hit didn't really care much for them either. They had so much potential but it was thrown away, just like The Ark's.

Also they basically didn't do anything for the other members during the hard times. They should have handled the whole case differently instead of dropping the whole group.

I think they are preparing for their comeback, halla and yuna said that they were preparing (halla in their fan cafe 150721, yuna on twitter a couple months ago) They were supposed to comeback in August of this year but i think Halla and Jane went back to school. Lets not loose faith! Remember: Yuna "the rappers will sing and the singers will rap"
Jira Kim it was probably both, cause you know halla and jane are 16/17 and they need their education too, and usually school starts in August, but yeah yujin needed rest but I'm sure shes fine now (saw a tweet recently seeing her enjoying a street performance). Maybe it was best for halla and jane to go back to school cause yujin gets the rest she needs and they get to get the education they need (some idols didn't graduate to focus on idol group activities)
