    For St Patrick's day - we have a green healthy coriander dip.
    I spent a lot of time in India travelling and working and learning new recipes. This is widely used around India in many meat and street food snacks!
    It's a fantastically simple recipe, really once you have all the ingredients ready it's a matter of putting them in the blender and away you go.
    Coriander has multiple health benefits, it's a wonderful source of dietary fibre, manganese, iron and magnesium as well as rich in Vitamin C, Vitamin K and protein
    Top tip: Don't put all your yoghurt in the blender at once, put in a little bit in at a time. Otherwise it goes very runny and we don't want that to happen.
    Ingredients
    Fresh Mint
    Cumin and coriander
    Chilli
    Garlic and Ginger
    2 large bunches of coriander
    500ml of natural or greek yoghurt
