Locky McHugh needs to be picked up by an American team for a year or two, just so we don't get years and years of "Locky Mc Hughes wins this, that and the next bloody thing!!" Has he already been there? Because given the "right equipment, and the right spanner-men," I think he's more than ready for a season or two there. Christ knows he deserves it, and I'd say he'd get picked up pretty bloody easy buy that new venture in the States that just started, I think it's called "High Limits", or something like that, and a number of the top names of World of Outlaws, have defected to this new competition, which is paying some of the biggest money ever heard of in Sprintcar Racing History. Well worth the watch in the future.
When Locky wins it’s never by a small amount he always dominates the race. But Jock Goodyer has won the most amount of races this year. But are young talents and should be in America.
@@vaughanoke1059 Hey, hey, hey, listen you blokes. I'm not saying that young, talented drivers like Locky and Jock (ever wonder why this current crop of young, talented Sprintcar Driver's are all of Scottish decent?) by necessity of this very "talent" that they posses, doesn't mean that they must all be sent away to the States, to finishing School or something. No. That's exactly the opposite of what I'm saying. What I'm trying to say, I think, is that all the "Big Names in Australian Sprintcar Racing", and for that matter, all the Midget (Speedcars in Australia) Saloons etc etc etc, could ALL have gone to the U.S and at the very LEAST, have really been seen to have a fantastic "bump up" in their performance and, if I'm right, may very well have led to a National Title in the very near future. And THATS the kind of lift in performance of that just a few short months of Racing back then, in the States. For one very brief example, witness the change in driving, and driving attitude in a young driver called Brazier. One season over there, and wasn't just catching blokes like Gary Rush, Bobby Blacklaw, George Tatnell and the like. But then again, Driver's who were already bona fide Champions in Australia, witness the very same Garry Rush, driving at the World Famous Knoxville Track in Iowa, and this time without a Wing over the top (though had a nose Wing) had a shocking accident in his Garry Stanton chassis Car, an accident which resulted in his being very seriously injured, and actually suffering from bruising on the brain. Don't ask me the exact date, but I think it was a fair bit before 1985, but after 1983.
