Man, I miss my old UH dk in MoP. We had a talent that restored depleted runes on a chance per scourge strike and Festering Strike that added 4 sec onto diseases.
Basically you apply diseases once at the start of the fight at maximum snapshot strength and just keep extending the duration so that you don’t lose the snapshot
