My son had one of these. He'll be 40 in September. He would push that button every time he walked by the bathroom. To this day I can quote what HeMan said. I loved watching this video. Good memories.
I was 7 when we had this toothbrush holder. To this day I still have it memorized. lol This is the first time I’ve heard it since the 80s!
I know what He-Man is doing with those giant brushes, they gotta keep Castle Grayskull's teeth clean too. XD
Now I'm convinced that the same guy who provided the voice for this toothbrush is the same one who narrated all those Masters of the universe cassette & story books back in the day.

I just found this video. I had this as a child.
When my He-Man's head was all paint worn, I switched it out with this one on the holder.
Never had one as a kid but I found one on eBay that was just the base without the brush and figure for way cheaper then buying a fully intact one. I got a spare orgins He-Man and can just use it to hold my normal electric toothbrush so that I can brush everyday with the power now!

dude i had one for years my mom had to throw it away when i wasnt home i still remember what it says when you make it talk i loved this thing if i can find one i would still use it lol

I had this as a kid and drove my mom nuts with it, almost 30 years later and she still remembers that saying!
If you ever stumble upon another one of these just imagine what you could do if you modified it! Instant Mo-Larr display stand!
I totally had this! I bet it still do somewhere!
My brother had this (he is 13 years younger) and I STILL "remember this saying" word for word, even thought it wasn't even mine. He played it constantly! What I remember is putting the batteries in backwards which would make the recording go backwards! Try it - it'd be funny to hear that again!
See, I thought he spoke Spanish with the batteries reversed.

I own a factory-sealed MOTU He-Man Talking Toothbrush (1984) that has been stored in a dark, smoke-free home environment.
Its box has never been opened. The packaging is in excellent condition.
Any ideas on what this item is worth?
200 or more. Depends on who is the most dumb nerd who wants it. But it sure will sell by big bucks on ebay

If you still have this man I would say $100-$120 dependent upon Overall packaging condition and current demand. Ebay is overinflated pricing. Take care man!
I had one of these things when I was a kid. The talky bit got messed up at some point so He-Man would say "I'm He-Man, I'm strong as can be and I _teeth_ with regularity..."
I was pretty peeved too, when I discovered that the figure wasn't in any way articulated.

I have one of these outta the box and missing the toothbrush but I think its a great display piece.
I just fond out (Friday) that this is the one I had. Before I didn't remember which of these I had. I don't remember the saying at all.
I got one for Christmas when I was six
Now I have to brush... can´t say no to the most powerful man in the Universe.
Sweet! I remember wanting to get this one but instead I got the Hulk Hogan version instead. Which was still cool. I was just as big of a Little Hulkimaniac as I was a He-Man fan!

Question. Have you tried inserting the batteries the other way around? My brother had this and I could have sworn it speaks in Spanish with the batteries reversed. Then again, I was pretty young at the time... I might not even be remembering this correctly.
