Selene Lopez | "bb.moveobjects on" in cheat box after pressing "ctrl alt c" all at the same time. and you can hold alt while having desired object selected, and you can rotate it however you want as well.
Enable "moveobjects" Put the object on the floor and use "9" to raise it and "0" to descend at the height of the surface where you want to place it. Then pressing alt, move it up to surface. hope you understand, google translation. LOL

In your mods folder - do you have folders in folders? Like, do you have a folder in another folder in your mods folder? That may be the cause, I have had that trouble. Anyways goodluck 😊
