It's good your team mate won the day. As for the Blanik, I love them. I learned to pilot a glider in a Slingsby T-21, and also a Blanik. The forward swept wings always looked so elegant, and it was a joy to fly, with such light and responsive controls. Unlike the T-21,where you would input a stick movement, then count to 10, and if you were lucky, something might(or might not) happen 😄 Enjoy the rest of your time at the World's Simon 😊👏
