Fascinating and dreadful. Kind of entertaining in a way and really boring in so many other ways. Mae Questel impersonates Helen Kane's boop (ugh) and there's a racist thing for those who enjoy that sort of thing (ugh). Rudy Vallee went to do well as an actor ("The Palm Beach Story" and "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying" come to mind), but in the earliest part of his acting career he's limper than a noodle, though still rather watchable.
Mae Questel was the voice of Betty Boop and olive oyl among other cartoon voices . She didn’t impersonate anybody I don’t care what the story’s say.
This was on a DVD? Where did you find this? Was it in a colleciton of other things?
