I found the mini pie crusts. I made mini chicken pot pies and my grand daughter and I are going to make cherry pies this weekend. My mom always made cherry pies for Presidents’ Day for us kids growing up and I have continued the tradition. You have the greatest ideas. We got your cookbook and my oldest son who is now a single father has been using it. Thank you so much.
I made the bad decision to not eat very well yesterday, being Valentines Day, and wow I noticed it. Was not feeling great, had a hard time falling asleep. I also have not walked in a couple of days since we have some snow and ice on the roads and am afraid of falling. Definitely getting back on track with the eating and hopefully the roads clear soon. I just feel so much better when I watch what I eat and get some movement in! Hope your day is going well, see you tomorrow!! ❤🙏😎
Happy Thursday! Just a suggestion Maybe you should start buying your produce every couple of weeks. That way you won’t have any to worry about going bad.
That is what I found works better for us. I was having fresh fruit and veggies going bad really quick so I started doing this and it works great. My potatoes and onions do last but stuff like green beans and cucumbers, etc. did go bad on me. To me it’s worth just taking a few mins to run and get fresh stuff as we need it. Just thought that might help. Have a great day!

When we were growing up my Mom made butterhorns,but she made a powdered sugar glaze on them. Seems like we could never get them enough it was definitely a treat

You know you've been trying to find a method for easy peeled boiled eggs, try cooking room temp eggs, see if that helps any. I leave mine out a few days before cooking.
