These hearts are to die for! I have never seen anything prettier! The embellishments are super expensive I’m sure…at least at my JoAnns. I’ve gotta be attentive to sales, etc to build up a stash! Simply gorgeous.
I need to do that, too!! But someone told me to look in thrift shops and ask friends for old lace, doilies, clip on earrings, brooches, etc., for the embellishments! Good luck to you!!!
I made one similar to this one a few years ago. I love using the different types of fabric and laces for the styrofoam hearts. I have at least 25 hearts now and I can’t wait to make more. 🥰
Those hearts are so gorgeous the shabby chic looking with the vintage touch they are beautiful I love those hearts the way you made them up but I finally move to my home state Colorado p I moved out of Texas finally my stuff is in storage so once I get my own place I'll get to my scrumptious wedding application make me some of those but I will add a string to where I'm so I can hang on my phone want to thanks for sharing that thank you very much
I love this heart. Last year I did smaller hearts covered in lace. I covered the same size heart that you are working in small roses. The way you are placing the extra lace over the base is making this heart spectacular! I am definitely going to try that this year.

Both are Absolutely STUNNING! I was never really a "Girly-Girl," but over the past 3/4 years; I discovered a new found Love of Shabby-Chic! I haven't made anything in the Shabby-Chic Style yet because I don't have any Lace! But I'm on the hunt for some!

I find the hot glue melts the polystyrene
