Damn Tony is actually really composed he was straight laxin letting the car do it’s thing that’s how you know when someone actually understands how to drift instead of just slinging shit around forcing it lol. Good shit Tony get some more power in your whip now you looked good !
One of the best tips for backing up a trailer I can pass on. Put one hand on the bottom of the wheel. Whatever direction you move your hand, is the direction the trailer will go.
Jim I'm the old Drag Car guy you see at John's shop from time to time. I Really like your channel and you treat Tony awesome. One more thing those light concrete columns scared the crap out of me. Keep up the great content
Ant put your hand on the bottom of the wheel and which ever way you push your hand is the direction the trailer will go, take it slow and make small changes don’t over correct! You’ll get it good luck!!
I really am starting to injoy this channel's content. It's great to see your given a younger guy a handful hand in learning an even enjoying your car's!!!!
Aye Ant, put your hand on the bottom of the wheel and whichever way you want the back of the trailer to go push the wheel that way. An old guy told me that 10 years ago and it's the best tip ever.
Best tip I've ever been given for backing a trailer: Push the bottom of the steering wheel in the direction you want the back of the trailer to go. And the shorter the distance between the hitch and the trailer tires the faster it will respond to inputs.
@@realfrantheman the top of the steering wheel moves the opposite direction. If you want the back of the trailer to move left, push the bottom of the steering wheel to the left. That is the way I learned, versus move the top of the wheel right to make the trailer move left. Same direction made it easier for me to retain I guess.
@@realfrantheman when you grab the wheel at the bottom and push it right is left and push left is right. Its a very simplistic way of learning to back a trailer.
The advice i got from my cdl instructor was turn towards your problem, so if the trailer is going right and you want it to go left then turn the wheel to the right
Norwich is my old stomping grounds, glad to see you representing East Side discount liquor. 25 years ago they sold to anyone. This secret lot has to be out near Foxwoods, probably an abandoned employee parking lot
Hey Ant....a little secret to backing up a truck and trailer.....Put your hand at the bottom of the steering wheel. Turn in the direction you want the trailer to go.
The front end rub is most likely from the natural peaks and valleys of the parking lot being on an opposing angle of your corner. Causing you to fall off the corner instead of banking up the corner.
Ant ex tractor trailer driver here, rule of thumb when backing trailer : turn steering wheel in opposite direction that you want trailer to go ⬅️➡️ ➡️⬅️ 👌 and it's OK to get a truck and trailer toy and play, it helps the concept👍☮
Villains sport land in Washington state is a mirror image of meihan so it mimics the same feeling as the real thing for left hand drive cars. It’s a blast.
Tony, while backing a trailer and using the side mirrors, "turn the wheel into your problems". So turn the top of your steering wheel towards the obstacle seen in the mirror. Helps me.
Reversing the trailer is just practice haha. I trained kids doing gymnastics at schools a few years back and had a work car with trailer with all the mats ect i learnt pretty fast had to reverse into 1car wide fences/carparks with plenty of spectator kids watching while backing it to the sports halls. Trial by fire.
PRO TIP FOR REVERSING A TRAILER: put an arrow pointing DOWN on the steering wheel. When you turn the wheel, the trailer will move the way of the ARROW. Put your hand on the bottom center of the steering wheel to help.
Just buy the lot and pull the posts then pull the concrete bases, giving you full range to place the track to the existing asphalt. Werr it fits the best.
Jimmy the last little snippet the the boy got to learn it somehow and that you're letting him learn with your new truck and your trailer that's why you'll be just as big as Adam someday soon just wait bro youll get yours
Great stuff as always! HAHA looking at that interior, I will alway remember the weird tweed grey glove box in my 1989 240 I had in 2002. God it was so ugly. I'll never forget the glove box being an eye sore.
Big confidence booster for ant I think he now needs help from the o gang to build him a drift missle an get him on the tracks an get him even more confidence
The music when Ant was at the playground was hilarious 😂
Aye they actually went to the park I was dead 😂
I wasn't ready
I almost spit my coffee out when he said weeee!!!!!
Ant’s “weee!” Started it. 😂
RJ’s “I’m too heavy.” KILLED ME. The way he said it. 😂
Weeeee.....

These Ant edits are fucking hilarious. I burst out laughing each time
Full blooper reel of ant 😂

Damn Tony is actually really composed he was straight laxin letting the car do it’s thing that’s how you know when someone actually understands how to drift instead of just slinging shit around forcing it lol. Good shit Tony get some more power in your whip now you looked good !
Rj's "I'm too heavy" had me spitting coffee out dying 🤣🤣🤣🤣 fuck that was a great little clip boys
Jimmy went full on dad vibes. “He’s gotta learn some time” 🤣
The fact you let ant drift your S-13 and you're letting him practice backing up a trailer in your new truck is awesome.
10/10 friend right there boys.
Ant is such a good sport, that playground scene was hilarious
fr
Thank you for going out of your way for that playground bit 😂😂
Ant really looked like he was genuinely happy driving your coupe. One of my favorite cars on the channel. I love how aggressive it looks and sounds.

Looks like a super awesome place for an event--this time of year too. Could get some insane shots with Fall trees in the background.
Who ever got the idea to take Ant to the playground is a LEGEND! hahaha
Jimmy needs to start a drift school.!!!! Always love your content. From humble beginnings to squad goals 🙌
The tony / jimmy combo is perfect every tall friend needs a short friend

Way to go Ant! 👏🏼 Hes a natural everytime 😂 “Weeeee” 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣💀
You guys should grip the straight to carry as much speed into turn 1 like meihan. It makes for more fun!

You can tell Tony was full on ready for this!! Solid! Absolutely adored the playground part hahaha 😂😂
This is the type of jimmy O content I live for! That Ant and RJ bit are perfect. Keep it up guys :)!
Tony is simply a great addition to the channel!
The playground bit was absolutely hilarious 😂
Ant is such an awesome addition to the channel and the shop. He fits in so well for being so much younger than the rest of the crew.
How old is he? And the rest?
@@jdmfreak22 ant is early 20’s I think and everyone is late 20’s and older I believe
12:50 is now my favorite thing to watch when I am feeling sad
Those light polls make me nervous lol
They did this at wild horse pass down here in AZ. They recreated Meihan on a 1:1 scale. Desert Meihan has become my favorite local drift event.
I would die if I ever saw Ant in a care bear onesie drifting for Halloween (aka please do that😭)

I've heard this one before, now what's the Dif from doing it from the top or the bottom?

The ducks chilling at the lake then the Lincoln LS slides thru got me off guard. Wasn't expecting that while the jazz was vibin.
Ant looks like a kid on Christmas morning in the coupe lol
Ant in the back seat was so adorable lmfao the role he plays on this channel is amazing look at him XD
The different colors of the trees and actually seeing different seasons is beautiful!!

watching Ants confidence build between your channel and dj's has been dope
I have fallen in love with this channel so fucking quickly! You guys are the best!
You should take a drone and get a photo of the lot from above. You then can make a layout
I hate the fact that Jimmy’s videos don’t get millions of views all the time. The content is always too damn fire not to be seen by millions of people
There were 3 yrs that the meihan layout was setup out on Arizona
We love you Jimmy, keep up the great content!!!!
You guys at the playground had me in tears 🤣🤣🤣
Rockingham speedway in the uk had a replica Meihan layout and was awesome. Closed tho I believe
When Rjay went down the slide I laughed so hard no sound came out😂
That entry through the poles at the end is gonna be wild
Good friends/employees is a hard thing to find in one person . Having rj and lil’tone is awesome I bet 💯🖤👍🏼🍻
