You just check what you have been given in the in table on top is the x axis values while bottom is y axis

It's not possible because (0,70) means he did not buy small bottles. But the plan is to buy small and large bottles of mineral water. Hence it will be contrary to the question. From part (c) of the question guides us that he made profit in selling both types of bottles. Check through this and see.
