I have the 2 basic Truspeed controllers for Carrera digital (no brake button, just lane change and sensitivity adjustment), and I love it. Should you want to use multiples, its fairly simple to add extension to the cord/wire so everyone isnt crowded together. The end that snaps into the control unit is a Carrera plug, but the other end going into the controller is a standard RJ-11 telephone jack plug, so all you need is a phone extension cable and a RJ-11 coupler. Plug one end of extension cable into controller and the other to coupler...plug original cable into coupler and other end into CU and your off and running.
I have two Truspeed controllers without the brake option. Absolutely love them!!! Looking at your track I can't help but think you should do a Suzuka layout! You're not far off now.
Wireless is perfect for the casual user You can setup the track in a room and don’t have to worry about where the users are going to sit/stand in relation to the CPU Is TruSpeed or other brands developing wireless versions?
So you go from wired controller to wireless plus as it offers you the freedom then you change back to a wired tru speed controller why would you want to give up the freedom of movement doesnt truspeed or anyone else make a better wireless controller
I have a question. (I am building my slot-shed at the moment so no track is up and running right now) Can I mix n match Carrera wireless and wire in a race? I have 4 wireless controllers but lets say we are 6 people. ?? :) Great vid!! How many alternatives are there in wireless for Carrera?
Maybe you should rename the tile of your video….or at least shrink it directly to the point… ? Your barely talk about the truespeed controler I just got one and I was expecting more about the difference
I just got a Truspeed controller with the brake it has been a game changer. I will definitely get more.

So if you have wireless digital and wired digital you can mix them up as I had both connected when doing the video
I believe you are limited to 4 wireless and 2 wired with Carrera.
