I don’t understand why people let blackheads get this bad . Couldn’t they squeeze them themselves or use a good scrub mask on their face .

I’d really like to know more. Why do the cushions of gunk appear distorting the skin with really deep crevices?
I know they can’t get rid of themselves but could a friend or family member pop them?

These are solar induced cystic whiteheads. The contents are very similar to regular cysts, but they are very superficial. They do not hurt when being opened and extracted.

Yes
